Laboratory of Veterinary Immunology

Our lab sees the centrality and potential of immunology as a field of philosophical and psychological research, expanding the traditional boundaries of its research conceptually and methodologically. Using the concept of "Self," we examine biological identity based on the relationships between an organism and its environment and apply it to the research on tumor and Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy. In addition, we offer an interdisciplinary Ph.D. program in tumor biology in collaboration with Cancer Research Institute at Seoul National University College of Medicine.
